Come and find us at Alnwick Food Festival this weekend. We'll have all our award winning icecreams, as well as more local favourites including our Coquet Shore Sea-Buckthorn.
The 2011 Food Festival has been extended over three days to incorporate the Alnwick Farmers Market on Friday 23rd. In addition to the usual line-up of chefs, plans include more than 50 stalls and exhibitors in the Market Place and its surrounds, a Community Market, and an Art & Craft Market - and even a chance to test drive the latest electric Smart car.
Alnwick Beer Festival, organised by Alnwick Round Table, will again be held over the same weekend. A large selection of local ales will be on offer in the Town Hall, adjacent to the Market Place, in an event which is very popular and well-attended.
Alnwick is set to be the culinary capital of Northumberland again when the 2011 Food Festival hits the town in September. Watch this space for regular updates about the Festival Programme.
